This Replacement policy is applicable to all returns for exchange & cancellations of orders made from the website ‘www.salutemcorp.com ’.

To maintain hygiene for all our customers we do not accept returns on Face Masks.

However we may consider replacements if:

The External Packaging is damaged.

At the time of delivery if you notice that the external packing of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, kindly do not accept the package. Instead, add your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately, citing your order details.

The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your product in a good condition, is damaged or defective, is not the product you ordered or of a different size you can return your product.

How do I return an item purchased on www.salutemcorp.com ?

If you think, you have received a damaged / wrong product: please email us mentioning your Order ID/No. along with the product Photo with date and time through our website. We will ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily.

Steps to create a Customer service request:

Log onto www.salutemcorp.com, select Customer Service, enter your name & registered email address, upload the wrong/defective product image, enter the order ID in the additional message box & click on Inquire. A service ticket will be raised & Customer care team will contact you with the resolution.

Which are the items that cannot be replaced?

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the defect is not a manufacturing defect;
  • The damage toProduct is not due to the Company (the Company’s decision would be final);
  • Returned without original packaging intact and bills;
  • Any item that has been worn or washed or is different;
  • If request for replacement is made after 48 hrs of order delivery time and without photo of the product;
  • free products given during promotion;
  • The Company arrives at a decision not to replace.

Note:   In case a replacement product is not be available, we will refund you the purchase price.

How long will replacement process take?

Once the Company receives back the product, in case of manufacturing defect/damaged packing (which is not accepted) the same are replaced within 7-14 working days of receipt of the goods.

The Company reserves the right to change the policy without any prior intimation and all purchases shall be governed by such new policy.
